Condensate pumps for HVAC-R professionals
Aqualis designs compact, quiet and dependable condensate pumps for air conditioning and refrigeration. Four references that install fast, run silently and protect every installation.
The range
From the ultra-compact monobloc to condensate recovery on the outdoor unit, each Aqualis pump solves a specific installation challenge.
MonoblocAD-CY01
Pump body and reservoir combined in a single 132 mm unit for wall-mounted, ducted and cabinet systems.
Remote reservoirAD-BU01
Remote reservoir and separate pump block for low ceiling voids, technical shafts and hard-to-reach units.
80 × 60 trunkingAD-GE01
Integrates into the corner piece of standard European 80 × 60 mm trunking. 24 L/h and a 120 mL reservoir.
Condensate recoveryAD-PS02
Recovers indoor condensate and sprays it as an ultra-fine mist onto the outdoor unit to improve heat exchange.
Product selector
Start from the installation, not the catalogue. Compare all specifications.
Choose the all-in-one AD-CY01 for the fastest fit, or the two-piece AD-BU01 when the reservoir must sit apart from the pump.
The AD-GE01 sits inside the corner piece of standard European trunking, with a 24 L/h flow rate and a 120 mL reservoir.
The AD-PS02 mists recovered condensate onto the condenser, helping the outdoor unit reject heat more efficiently.
Engineering
Every design decision reduces installation time, noise and callbacks. Discover the technology.
Diaphragm lifting pumps running at 16 dB(A) or less at 1 m — suitable for bedrooms, hotels and offices.
Enough head to route condensate to a distant drain, with flow rates from 12 to 24 L/h.
Level detection starts and stops the pump automatically, only when water needs to be moved.
High-water detection stops the air conditioner before an overflow can cause damage.
Resin-encapsulated pump bodies rated IP66 or IP67 and ambient temperatures up to 70 °C.
Silver-ion antibacterial beads limit mould and odours in lifting-pump reservoirs.

Condensate recovery
The AD-PS02 collects condensate from the indoor unit and sprays it as an ultra-fine mist onto the outdoor condenser. Evaporation cools the fins, improves heat exchange and eases the load on the compressor.
An air conditioner produces water as it dehumidifies the air. When that water cannot drain away by gravity, a condensate pump collects it and lifts it to a drain point. Aqualis lifting pumps deliver up to 15 m of discharge head.
The AD-CY01 is the most compact option, with body and reservoir in 132 mm. The AD-BU01 separates the reservoir from the pump for very tight spaces. If the line set runs in 80 × 60 mm trunking, the AD-GE01 fits inside the corner piece.
The safety contact is wired into the air conditioner's control circuit. If the water level in the reservoir becomes too high, the contact opens and stops the unit before any overflow or water damage can occur.
Yes. The AD-CY01, AD-BU01 and AD-GE01 accept a universal 100–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz power supply.
Aqualis products are covered by a 24-month manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to installation in accordance with the product instructions.
