Condensate Misting Pump for Outdoor Units

The AD-PS02 recovers the condensate produced by the indoor unit and sprays it as an ultra-fine mist onto the outdoor unit's condenser. As the water evaporates on the fins, their temperature drops, heat exchange improves and the compressor works less hard.

How it works

A closed loop between indoor and outdoor units.

Recovered condensate is filtered, pumped and atomised onto the condenser coil, where it evaporates.

How the AD-PS02 works Condensate flows from the indoor unit into the AD-PS02 pump, is filtered, then pumped through a misting line to a nozzle that sprays a fine mist onto the outdoor unit's condenser coil. 01 INDOOR UNIT Condensate produced 02 AD-PS02 Filter · float · pump Anti-siphon · 3 status LEDs 03 MISTING LINE Up to 12 L/h 04 NOZZLE 05 OUTDOOR UNIT The mist evaporates on the condenser coil
  1. Collect

Condensate from the indoor unit flows into the double-compartment reservoir.

  2. Filter

The external filter protects the nozzle and cleans without opening the unit.

  3. Mist

The mechanical float starts the pump, delivering up to 12 L/h to the nozzle.

  4. Evaporate

The ultra-fine mist evaporates on the fins, supporting heat rejection.

The science

Evaporation does the heavy lifting.

Evaporating water absorbs around 2.45 MJ per kilogram at typical ambient temperatures. On a condenser coil, that energy is drawn from the fins — helping the unit reject heat when it works hardest.

Features

Turn condensate into cooling performance.

  • Ultra-fine misting

A high-atomisation nozzle turns condensate into a fine mist that evaporates on contact with the condenser fins.

  • Mechanical float

Level detection by mechanical float — no electronic sensor to foul.

  • Double-compartment reservoir

Limits condensation on the outside of the housing.

  • Anti-siphon system

Integrated to keep the misting line under control.

  • Three status LEDs

Green, orange and red indicators show the operating state at a glance, with high-level alert.

  • External filtration

The filter is accessible from the outside and cleans easily. UPS-compatible for operation during power cuts.
